Public Art

Nancy Pochis Bank is an active member of Chicago’s diverse public art scene. Recent public art projects include Great Chicago Fire Hydrants, Cool Globes, and Chicago Looks.

Nancy infuses her public artwork with activism in support of issues important to her, weaving in themes related to the environment, literacy, civic pride and mental health. Nancy was selected to participate in the international Cool Globes exhibit, which featured larger-than-life globes depicting solutions to global warming. Other public art includes painted murals for schools and public institutions.
