County BBQ Outdoor Handpainted Sign

Pochis Bank Art Studio was hired to update outdoor lettering at local favorite County BBQ. The DMK restaurant has an amazing outdoor patio in the back and they want the whole neighborhood to know!
Nancy and PB artist Brittney Williams replicated County BBQ’s distinct lettering to create a message that’s both beautiful and informative.

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
