Summer News Letter

Pochis Bank Art Studio is thrilled to announce the release of our 2016 Summer Newsletter! Over the past year we have worked on a wide variety of projects from commercials to entire chalkboard rooms and we’re so excited to share them with you.

This Summer’s newsletter features some of our most exciting projects including the live art mural we designed and executed for Knoll Furniture, a ghost mural for Graham Elliot Bistro, and ad work for Bing.

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
