Mather Resident Spring Art Exhibit

Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio curated the first Resident Spring Art Exhibit at the Mather Place of Wilmette, featuring the work of the students in our weekly watercolor class as well as over twenty other MPWI residents. The exhibit was a chance for residents to display work created at any point throughout their lifetimes and the featured artwork spanned a range of artistic mediums and styles, including oil paintings, pottery, and needlepoint. Residents and staff were surprised to discover the artistic talent of many of their neighbors. The exhibit was on display for a week and culminated in a reception, where the artists were thrilled to share their art with fellow residents, family and MPWI staff.
