Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio got into the holiday spirit just a little early this year. We spent two days at Silver Lining Digital Imaging designing and executing holiday chalk illustrations for this year’s Home Depot Holiday Catalogue. The artwork will be photographed as a creative background to merchandise displays and room settings. We can’t wait to see the finished product in print!

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
