Cuban-Miami Style Mural

Nancy Pochis Bank Art Studio was recently hired by Critical Mass Advertising Agency to create a mural in Cuban-Miami style. Located on the chalkboard walls of their office suite lobby, the artwork was to welcome a potential client, The City of Miami Tourism Office. The agency’s Senior Vice President and Creative Director had their portraits featured in the mural. Thanks to studio artists Tracee Badway and Nikki Bank for their help.

Chicago Public Artwork Goes International

In the summer of 2007, “Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” was launched in Chicago. Nancy Pochis Bank was among an international group of artists selected by the jury to design and create a globe to be displayed in the lakefront exhibit.

Since the start of the "Cool Globes" project, Nancy has created four 5’ globes that have been exhibited across the United States and internationally.

“Cool Globes: Hot Ideas for a Cooler Planet” is a non-profit organization established to raise awareness of climate change and inspire individuals and community leaders to embrace solutions. The public art exhibit features larger-than-life globes, each designed to depict a solution to global warming.
